American Income Life is currently experiencing unprecedented growth.  Because of that, there are many opportunities available locally for Sales, Public Relations and Management.

Sales
In most sales positions, one needs to not only sell, but find the customers as well.  At American Income Life, there is no need for prospecting, cold calls or using your friends and neighbors as a customer base.  Our Public Relations Department handles all the marketing with the groups that we work with, America’s Labor Unions and Associations.  Our Sales Position is simply one of seeing member families who have responded to a letter from their union or association, and explaining what has been set up for them and giving advice relative to these choices.  To be considered for Sales, one needs to be positive, articulate, sincere, honest, straight forward, hard working, transparent and caring about people.

Management
In our organization, Management is a Limited Partnership.  American Income is a franchise of sorts.  It is a business that has worked virtually alone and successfully in the Labor Market for over 50 years.  When we entrust someone to a Management position, it is as if we are giving them the franchise and then helping them to build their business with no capital outlay of their own.  We make available all of our experience, successful procedures, facilities and resources.  We have several Management positions open at present.  To qualify for one of these positions one needs to have previous successful Sales Management experience.  If not, they could start in a Sales Position, which is a lucrative position all by itself, but be put on a ‘fast Track’ for Management.  Management can be obtained immediately for the experienced and in as soon as a month or two for the inexperienced that achieves the standards set forth.
